Some people don't like the idea. Some people love it. No matter what one thinks, this program exists. If you NEED a new car, and can AFFORD the new payments, check out www.cars.gov for the details. Remember, just because you will get some financial help, you still need to pay the monthly payments. Is this a need or a want? Do you have the cash flow?
